Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Cesar has called Austin home since 2003. With a Master’s in Construction Engineering from Purdue and over 20 years of experience, he’s led large-scale development projects and founded two nationally recognized companies: Cabinet Couture and Q Construction Solutions.

He’s a seasoned leader with a strong background in managing global teams and operations for Fortune 100 companies.

Outside of work, Cesar enjoys family time, ocean adventures, and exploring new cuisines. Fun fact: he’s currently learning American Sign Language (ASL)!

Hailing from the bright and sunny Puerto Rico, Luis holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, along with a prestigious PE license. With a background that spans university teaching, international engineering, and construction, he brings deep technical expertise to Cabinet Couture, ensuring every project is flawlessly executed.

Outside of work, Luis enjoys music, dancing, and time with his family. Fun fact: he’s a passionate home chef who loves exploring international cuisines and his creations are a team favorite at the office!

Born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, Oscar brings big-league experience from Apple, GE, and Netspend to his role at Q Construction, where he’s been instrumental in building strong teams and streamlining operations.

He’s a natural leader, a tech-savvy problem solver, and our resident celebrity! When he’s not optimizing workflows, Oscar is rocking the stage as the keyboardist for his band, Easy Compadre!, performing across the U.S. and Mexico.

Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family and pets, and jamming on anything from bass to French horn.

Mitzi is a passionate designer with over 13 years of experience and a background in residential and commercial Interior Design. She’s found her niche in kitchen and bathroom design, transforming everyday spaces into functional and  beautiful reflections of her clients’ lifestyles.

Known for her exceptional service, Mitzi ensures every project is as smooth as it is stylish.

Fun fact: She’s also an award-winning baker, having twice won the Blanton Museum’s Bake-Off. Outside of work, she enjoys morning runs, daily workouts, and spending time with her dog.

Originally from the Caribbean, Nikki brings a blend of project management expertise and creative energy to Cabinet Couture. With a degree in Business Management and a CAPM certification, she spent over 12 years working on major industrial construction projects before joining the team.

At Cabinet Couture, she’s a key player in planning and coordination but don’t let the spreadsheets fool you. A self-proclaimed artist, Nikki finds inspiration in everyday life. Outside of work, she loves painting, traveling, spending time with family and diving into any body of water she can find!

Andrea is the friendly voice that most clients meet first. As Intake Specialist, she helps guide potential clients through the initial steps, answering questions, gathering key details, and making sure every new connection gets off to a strong start. With a background in Accounting, Andrea brings a sharp eye for detail and a calm, organized approach to every conversation.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband, their daughter, and their two dogs. Family time is her favorite way to relax and recharge.
